Online Application Instructions:

The online application portal for Jr.Kg. admission will open from 06th December 2024 at 00:01 AM to 20th December 2024 at 11:59 PM, for first 300 forms only.

The child for whom admission is desired has to be born between 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021 (both days inclusive)

Note that after the portal closes applications will not be considered, kindly apply in the admissions time frame given above.

KINDLY DO NOT USE A MOBILE PHONE TO FILL IN THE APPLICATION as the form is designed to be completed on either a desktop or laptop computer.

After filling in the online form, please take a printout copy of the form, you will be kept informed via WhatsApp message or Email.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MOBILE NO. & EMAIL ID YOU FILL IN TO REGISTER WILL BE USED FOR ALL COMMUNICATION, STATUS UPDATES ETC. WITH REGARD TO YOUR APPLICATION.

  1. You will need scanned copies (jpeg or pdf files only) of the documents listed below to complete the online admission application form.
    Parents must bring the original document as well as a copy of the following at the time of document verification:
    1. 1 - Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm)
    2. 1 - Small size - Family photo (10 cm - 6x4)
    3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH only. Official translation proof is required if not in English.
    4. Proof of Residence
    5. Aadhar Card of father and child - optional
    6. ID Proof of both parents
    7. Ration card of family / Telephone bill / Electricity Bill / Passport
    8. Baptism certificate of the child - in case of Christians only
    9. Parent's academic qualification certificates
    10. Caste Certificate (in the Child's name) - optional
    11. Medical Certificate - only for disabled persons
    12. Sibling Report Card (Current Academic Year)
    13. Father Ex-students Leaving Certificate
  2. If you are called for document verification via WhatsApp message or Email.
  3. At least one parent must accompany the child for submission and verification of the printed form as well as all supporting documents.

Note : Complete form along with the copy of your documents should be submitted to the School as per the WhatsApp message or Email according to the date & time sent to you.

Please DO NOT DISTURB THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES during the entire application process. There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.
